The Global Water Process Manager - Product Management overseesthe stage gate management process to ensure that new product introductions into the marketplace are successful. This position will be the subject matter expert on the stage gate process, lead continuous process improvements with input from stakeholders, and oversee implementation of new processes as well as evaluate the success of the processes.
This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Roswell, GA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manages and oversees the stage gate process for Product Management from end to end.
• Manages the overall Product Management platform.
• Establishes the strategic action plan to deliver the stage gate process and Product Management tools across the organization.
• Leverage the Product Management platform for reporting financial status, project status, and resource needs to Executive Leadership.
• Develops and execute a detailed plan that defines key milestones, deadlines, and metrics for changes to the processes.
• Develops global KPIs to ensure alignment on objectives as well as to measure and track the progress of the NPI projects through the stage gate process.
• Institutes change management process to align on adjustments needed for new product introductions through the stage gate process and communicates these changes with appropriate stakeholders.
• Creates and distributes process reporting to include KPI analysis as well as leads issue resolution with cross-functional team and escalates as needed.

Qualifications:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field of study or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in product management, project management, marketing, sales, process improvement, engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record for influencing results in a matrix.
• Demonstrates project management and team leadership skills.
• Process certifications are a plus (e.g., 6-Sigma, PMP, CBAP, ASQ, etc.)
• Knowledge of and experience in Stage-gate processes for product development.
• Experience working in a change management system to define the overall product development process for the organization.
• Strong analytical, organization, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Highly energetic and demonstrates initiative.
• Ability to think outside the box to offer new ideas, concepts, solutions, etc.
• Capable of maintaining sensitive/confidential information across different levels of the organization to include both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel 25-50% with the ability to travel internationally.
• Bilingual preferred
HOW TO STAND OUT
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Sales, marketing, or HVAC / Water Heating industry experience preferred.
• Proven experience in change management initiatives and process transformation
