　　About the scope

　　Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Experience is part of Global Business Operations (GBO) and provides oversight on financial activities and controls including management and external reporting and financial planning and analysis.

　　The department is responsible for the interpretation of financial data, the coordination and management of financial reporting, the management of the P&L delivering solutions that will increase insight and transparency, steering towards the defined strategy of the markets as well as driving automatization and innovation in the decision support infrastructure.

　　FP&A Experience Area responsibilities also include ensuring there is a true and fair representation of business performance at the cut-off point for the period and transparency on financials for Business Performance Management.

　　About the role

　　Participate in the smooth and accurate month-end close reportingWork closely with the market overhead business partners to ensure coordinated reporting, forecasting and analysis for the market overheadParticipate in delivering timely information and insights, forecasting and annual planning cycleSupport Overhead Business Partners and budget owner stakeholders to understand overheadsContribute with ideas, energy, enthusiasm and support to the continuous improvement of Overhead processes (automated, digital solutions)Deputize market Overhead business partner as requiredParticipate in delivery of monthly management reporting processes (mainly landing and O&R cycle)Provide additional root cause analysis with business insights and supportsParticipate in the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan preparation and submissionEnsure the completeness of profit center/market P&L for overhead and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistenciesSupport the forecasting processBe a real finance partner via value added analysis and decision support to senior stakeholders

　　Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting / business areaFinancial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is an advantage3-5 years’ experience in relevant areaBasic accounting knowledgeStrong Excel knowledgeFluent English knowledgePro-active, structured, precise approachCritical mindset, attention to relevant details
