POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Associate degree or equivalent experience required, Bachelor degree in Business or related major preferredBusiness or systems experience or equivalent, i.e., back-office or middle- office operations, corporate actions, or data analysis required; financial services or data analysis experience preferred.Demonstrated familiarity with the general business processes present in the user groups which rely on the repository.Ability to comprehend the nature of the repository data and the transformation of the data into useful information by the relevant applications which access the repository.Eagle, BBG, CRD or Electra experience preferred.Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Ensure integrity of data to support investment management operations dataConduct daily reconciliation and resolution of issues resulting from data loading.Conduct day to day review and monitoring of security master reconciliations and maintenances.Monitor investment and portfolio data maintained in data warehouse(s) for accuracy and completeness.Review and implement process improvements related to maintenance of data.Identify and resolve issues related to the collection of data from third party vendors, custodians/record keepers, trading operations, portfolio managers or other providers.Work with portfolio managers, traders, compliance, GIO teams and/or other contacts to define data attributes required for each security type for all products across the firm.Work with all data users to define what data, reports or access to data is required to make investment decisions.
HOURS/LOCATION:
Ability to work shifts (team provides business coverage from 7AM to 8PM.) Overtime as required.Pittsburgh, PA hybrid in office work schedule
