Starting at $26.00/hr paid weekly with minimum 1-year-experience* Level II*
Starting at $29.00/hr paid weekly with minimum 5-years-experienceTypical minimum Manufacturing Technician responsibilities:
* Level I*
Perform machine setup, turnaround cleaning, material loading, and inspection in the coating department
Manage machine lubrication and waste removal
Fabricate, build, clean, and repair tooling as required
Complete proper documentation in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
* Level II*
In addition to level I responsibilities:
Install, maintain, diagnose, repair, and rebuild plant machinery and equipment to manufacturer’s specifications.
Read and interpret regulations, blueprints, schematics, service manuals, and process sheets.
Assist in developing preventative maintenance tasks and recommend changes in procedures and practices to provide an improved level of service.
Provide backup support to Level 1 Manufacturing Technicians as needed (i.e. machine set up, turnaround cleaning, material loading, inspections, machine lubrication and waste removal, etc.)
Manufacturing Technician experience needed:
All Levels
Possess verifiable High School Diploma or GED
Lifts up, pushes, pull, bends, squats, climbs, and twist hands
Works within confined spaces comfortably
* Level I*
Minimum 1-year manufacturing experience in assembly, machine operator, machine set-up/maintenance, or similar roles with good mechanical aptitude* Level II*
Have at least 5+ years’ experience as a multi-craft technician in at least 3 of the following fields within a manufacturing setting: basic mechanics, rigging, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, electrical, automation, and/or PLC/CNCs.Why you should apply to be a Manufacturing Technician:
