Network Monitoring / Service Desk Program Manager - High Level Clearance
ICF is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the research and development of new cyber capabilities that will help the US protect and defend its networks and critical information systems. We seek a Cleared Network Monitoring / Service Desk Program Manager to support a large ($1b+) federal cyber security program.
Your work will directly impact US cyber defenses and contribute to the improvement of platforms, tool sets, and other technologies employed to protect our most valued data and assets. We are looking for individuals that want to analyze and understand technical challenges and work to develop solutions. Use your skills to help develop future cyber capabilities for implementation at large-scale.
As the Network Monitoring / Service Desk Program Manager you will work with stakeholders throughout a federal agency from the senior executive level to operational Analysts and researchers to evolve, automate, and enhance cyber security capabilities in defense of federal agencies.

What you’ll be doing:
Managing project scope, financials, schedule
Coordinating with stakeholders across the agency to ensure transition success
Gathering requirements and migrating existing workflows
Capacity planning
Creating efficiencies through automation
Maximizing ServiceNow uptime and minimizing manual efforts
Effectively communicate with agency and program leadership to ensure awareness of network performance and status
Basic Qualifications you will need to have:
Active high-level security clearance required as part of client contract requirement
20+ years of IT/Cyber experience.
Master’s Degree
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow
Expert domain knowledge in at least two of these technical areas: cyber security, network architecture, Agile/DevSecOps software development methodology, network operations, security operations, infrastructure, IT Service Desk
Multiple IT certifications
People skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
Ability to explain and elaborate on technical details in a clear and concise manner understandable to audiences at various technical skill levels

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$113,863.00 - $193,568.00
