What you'll do:
The GHRSS Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in leading and managing a team of highly skilled HR Analysts. This position involves partnering with the business to support its growth and handling more complex processes, all while adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Supervisor is expected to demonstrate strategic thinking and flexibility, thriving in a fast-paced shared services environment. Strong project and operations management skills are essential for successfully deploying new processes and stabilizing business operations.
1. Leadership and Coaching:
a. Act as a supportive leader and coach to a team of professionals.
b. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
2. Process Deployment and Project Support:
a. Support process deployments and project implementations.
b. Demonstrate expertise in process mapping and process design.
3. Process Improvement:
a. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes across in-scope activities.
b. Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Supervision and Oversight:
a. Supervise daily activities and workload of the team.
b. Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all incoming inquiries.
5. Escalation and Problem Resolution:
a. Serve as an escalation point for the HRS Global Back Office.
b. Interact with various levels and departments for effective problem resolution.
6. Team Training and Leadership:
a. Train and lead the team through issue resolution processes.
b. Conduct root cause analysis and prioritize workload effectively.
7. SLA Compliance:
a. Drive and support the GHRSS team to meet and exceed SLAs.
b. Monitor and report on performance metrics.
8. Performance Management:
a. Be responsible for the performance and professional development of the team.
b. Conduct ongoing coaching, annual reviews, and provide timely operations status updates.
9. Compliance and Security:
a. Promote process adherence and business compliance.
b. Maintain high integrity in protecting Sensitive Personal Information (SPI).
10. Team Selection and Training:
a. Participate in the selection and training of new and existing team members.
11. Multi-priority Management:
a. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring effective task prioritization.
12. Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
a. Perform other duties as assigned.
