　　Our Integrated Accounting Services (IAS) Inventory team in Sofia, Bulgaria is continually developing and we want to appoint a General Accounting Analyst .

　　The Accounting Analyst will prepare monthly financial reports, quarterly SEC schedules and other financial schedules or analyses as assigned on a global level, but not limited to the following:

　　Perform regular general ledger responsibilities including journal entries, review of expenses, accruals, etc. and complete monthly account reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items, with the flexibility to work across time zones

　　Assist with month-end closing activities and escalate delays as needed

　　Assist with the completion of work requirements for all external, internal, and special audits

　　Report monthly metrics to management and provide explanations related to variances in financial statement analyses

　　Be able to lead in group discussions and present feedback to management

　　Make recommendations for improvements in processes and/or quality of information reported and assists with implementation of action plans

　　Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned

　　Education / Qualifications:

　　Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent number of years of experience

　　Preferred – CPA and advanced accounting degree

　　Experience:

　　2+ years of business experience within Accounting with increasing responsibility.

　　Professional certification (CPA) and advanced Accounting degree preferred.

　　Adhere to a pro-active approach, with the ability to problem solve, and interact professionally with internal and external clients in order to meet everyone’s needs in an effective and timely manner

　　Demonstrate ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize

　　Proficient in Excel and Word (intermediate level)

　　Previous experience with ERP system (PeopleSoft preferred)

　　Problem solving skills

　　Experience working with a global team

　　Thorough knowledge and understanding of US GAAP principles and internal control environments

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills

　　Experience working with large amounts of data
