  Job Overview

  TE Connectivity's Data and Devices Business Unit isseeking a dynamic and experienced Global Account Manager to join our team. As a Global Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our strategic partnership, a leading global technology provider. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize business opportunities and foster long-term relationships.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Account Management: Manage account managers; build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and account teams.

  Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans aligned with the overall business objectives, ensuring mutual success for both organizations.

  Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

  Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to thoroughly understand the customer’s product and solution portfolio, enabling you to recommend tailored solutions to meet client needs.

  Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product roadmap, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights.

  Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations such as RFQs, SOWs, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our organization.

  Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring that commitments are met and issues are resolved promptly.

  Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

  Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within our organization, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure a unified approach to serving the customer.

  What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in technology.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours.

  COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $137,520-$206,280 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits

  BENEFITS

  • A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.
