　　In this role, you will work with other members of the GIS Services and IT teamstopower innovation across Weyerhaeusermanagingdesktop,webandmobileGIStechnologyproducts(third-partyandEsri).As the product manager of our UAV software platform, you willpartner withour distributed team of UAV/drone pilotstofind new business value.You will work alongsidedata scientists tosupportandmanagegeospatialanalytic andmachine learning (ML) productsthatscaletoWeyerhaeuser’simmensefootprint.You willalsoseek out and contribute tactical ideas to improve existing processesacross ourGIS portfolio.

　　PrimaryResponsibilities

　　* Manage softwaresolutionsas products, including gathering requirements, working with business partners to estimatereturn on investment (ROI) for enhancements, coordinating with software vendors, and providing end-user support. * ManagetheWY desktop/ArcGISPro environment as a product,partnering with business stakeholders to understand workflowsandleveragingyour product managementskillstoprovidea blend of custom andoff-the-shelf solutioningthatenhancetheendusers’experiencewithArcGISPro. * Manage existing and plannedvendor-supportedweb andmobile technology productsincluding WY’s UAVsoftware platformandforest productivity trackingmobile software. * Provideproduct guidance for Weyerhaeuser’s ArcGIS Image Server including storage of imagery collections, mosaic datasets, andrelatedinfrastructure. * Partner with Weyerhaeuser subject matter experts tomanageand support acloud-basedgeospatial data analytics platformin AWSthatleveragespublic imagery, private imagery and LiDAR, and Weyerhaeuser’s enterprise GIS data to make critical strategic and tactical business decisions. * Under general guidance and with minimal supervision, perform complex GIS analyses, problem solving, implementation,testing,and documentation of GIS solutions. * Deliver small and mediumGISprojects,leveragingcross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand, rank, and prioritizebusiness needs to ensure each product release delivers maximum business value. * Collaborate with other IT teams to advance Weyerhaeuser’s Connected Forest vision, including incorporating GIS technology and integration into the Forest Management, Wood Flow Planning, Transportation, and Contract/Settlement systems. * This position requires occasional travel up to 20%.

　　Bachelor’sdegreeinComputer Science,Geography, Information Technology or related field,or equivalent experience isrequired.Minimum offour(4) tosix(6) years of progressive, relevantGIS/IT, and/or project/product managementexperience.Experience with owning end-to-end GIS product lifecycles, includinginteracting directly with stakeholders and users to continuously improve products and programs.Experience managing software development projects, including knowledge of both agile/iterative and traditional/waterfall project managementprinciplesandfacilitatingsprint ceremonies.Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.Actively workingto learn new skillstostay current with changing technologies and industry trendsandsharesknowledge proactively with others.Able to apply business knowledge tomanageand deliver innovative, value-added improvementsto products and services.Excellentoral and written communication skills,skilledin communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences.Excellent collaboration skills in working together with others across all IT segments. Technical Qualifications * Possess mid to senior level GIS knowledge and skills including experience with geodatabase concepts, spatial relationships, geoprocessing,mobile technologies, andscripting. * Experiencedevelopingdesign specifications, evaluating options,contracting, andimplementing geospatialsolutionsonwebandfield/mobiletechnologyplatforms.Proficiencyinprovidingtechnical stewardship of integration opportunities and deploymenton these platforms. * Proficient working withraster and other remotely sensed data including satellite and fixed wing imagery, UAV mosaics, and LiDAR for an enterprise environment. * Proficient with the ESRI ArcGIS platform, including ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, Server, Enterprise/Portal, and Image Server. * Familiaritywith public cloud services (AWS)and CI/CD tools. * Familiaritywith Pythonand/orRprogramming. * Ability to write T-SQL statements to query and analyze data.

　　Highly Valued * Experience configuring iOS devices for delivery of mobile geospatial technologies. * Familiarity working with AI/ML models in the cloud. * FamiliaritywithJupyterNotebooks,Javascript,JSON. * Familiarity with UAV industry trends including drone hardware and software used fororthomosaicmapping. * Familiaritywith forestry and land title concepts and datasets. * Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM principles and practices. What We Offer:

　　Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $94,977-$142,465 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
