　　THIS ROLE REQUIRES A RESUME SUBMISSION AND CLIENT INTERVIEW. IF INTERESTED, PLEASE SUBMIT AN UPDATED COPY OF YOUR RESUME TO "[email protected]" OR "[email protected]" Tracking Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) accounts for Point of Sale (POS) terminals shipped by customers for service. Answering customer calls and responding to e-mails throughout the RMA process. Prioritizing RMAs for repair by shop technicians. Maintaining inventory integrity through attention to detail and regularly performed audits. Perform warranty status verifications of terminals. Draft invoices to charge for out-of-warranty repairs. Coordinate with Repair Department to facilitate unit service. Coordinating return shipping of repaired units. Maintaining high levels of ethical standards to protect customer data and property.
