Shift: Monday-Friday Hours: 8am – 5pm Salary: $80,000 - $85.000 Office: Pleasant Hill, CA Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know General Manager Responsibilities: Responsible for overall/comprehensive leadership and management of branch from a business and clinical perspective. Responsible for maintaining all aspects of budget Responsible for promoting growth of the business through sales/marketing/education to referral sources Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and training of internal staff. Responsible for understanding and compliance with State, Federal and applicable accreditation requirements Responsible for business and clinical development Responsible for assuring that funding source authorizations are updated and current Responsible for professional development of internal staff (to include executing disciplinary action with employees when necessary) Qualifications General Manager Qualifications: Minimum 3 years site management experience with P & L responsibilities Previous health care or home care experience required Previous business development experience required Knowledge and ability to perform Care Center Staff(s) duties Knowledge of rules and regulations governing skilled home health
