Job Purpose
Working as part of the Global Compensation group, the Lead Compensation Specialist will manage the day-to-day management of all aspects of broad-based compensation.
Directing the on-going review and development of the Compensation Strategy, to ensure integration of the strategy within overall HR and regional policies to achieve and support business objectives. Maximize visibility and value of effective reward strategies, policies, and processes by providing effective compensation communications materials and advice. Undertake project work relating to key changes or business initiatives and support the on-going efforts to drive improvements and reduce the complexity in the core compensation processes.
Key Accountabilities
Lead compensation projects and business initiatives.
Participate in the overall management of the year-end annual compensation cycle
Design and implement policies for annual salary and performance and bonus plans to ensure competitive and equitable and consistent with global reward policies that align with regulations.
Manage salary benchmarking, and perform pay modelling and analytics.
Support the HR team and business managers on compensation matters in order to encourage effective reward practices that deliver the organizations' vision, values, and ways of working.
Conduct analysis and metrics required for decision making.
Qualifications
Strong Experience with practical and detailed application of existing compensation policies and processes, including experience with salary surveys, job evaluation, salary reviews, and short-term incentive plans.
Experience SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR system
Knowledge of FLSA and local state compensation & wage laws
Highly motivated self-starter with strong compensation experience
Passionate about all things compensation
Comfortable working in complex, challenging and sensitive environments
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced analytical, MS Excel, and data modelling skills.

$126,000 - $148,000 a year
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
