About Administrative Coordinator

  Description

  Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Office Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in administrative support, meeting coordination, and document management. We're seeking a self-driven individual with strong organizational skills, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.   Responsibilities -

  · Fedex (incoming and outgoing) & answer front door/meet-and-greet visitors

  · Track attendance for Lunch & Learns and company functions

  · Schedule internal meetings for Managing Director

  · Order business cards

  · Keep office documents up to date (phone/email lists, organization and seating

  charts, etc.)

  · Be point person for the Onboarding process

  · Send reminders to supervisors to schedule performance reviews.

  · Format Word documents for engineering staff.

  · Track documents to/from clients in Altieri’s tracking system.

  Qualifications

  · Be a self-starter. Take initiative and ownership of job responsibilities.

  · Be detail-oriented and extremely organized.

  · Be able to respond to/meet short-term deadlines while maintaining progress on

  longer-term projects.

  · Be able to juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis, maintaining accuracy of work

  within tight and changing deadlines.

  · Have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively represent Altieri

  when answering phones/making calls and communicating with clients and suppliers.

  · Make positive contributions to collaborative, team-oriented environment. Be

  proactive.

  · Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.
