Come join our closed-door specialty infusion pharmacy! Amerita is a leading provider of Specialty Infusion services focused on providing complex pharmaceutical products and clinical services to patients outside of the hospital. As one of the most respected Specialty Infusion providers in America, we service thousands of patients nationwide through our growing network of branches and healthcare professionals. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily business operation of all functional areas of the Infusion pharmacy, including intake, pharmacy, nursing, and warehouse functions, in addition to working collaboratively with the sales team. The General Manager is responsible for working with the regional and corporate leadership to develop and execute a strategic market plan to achieve the business objectives and budget expectations for the marketplace.
NOTE: This position requires the General Manager to be a Pharmacist registered in Colorado.

Responsible for overall operational and financial performance of one or more Amerita pharmacy locations.
Assists with development of Branch Budget and manages profit and loss statement for the location.
Establishes and maintains Amerita Customer Experience standards of care to provide high-quality patient care and excellent service, while maintaining safe, cost-effective practices.
Optimizes staff productivity, including managing production and performance, setting staff schedules appropriate for business volume and activity trends, and identifying areas of growth and development.
Hires, coaches, evaluates and disciplines branch staff. Sets performance expectations.
In coordination with the Regional Director of Sales, participates in the development of the market sales strategy, including direct participation in sales activities.
Oversees purchasing and inventory to ensure the safe storage of prescription drugs and controlled substances, in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Ensures compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures, federal and state laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and accreditation agency standards.
Develops and implements local Quality Improvement program and monitors and reports results.
Participates in the development of and oversees the implementation of targeted clinical programs.
Monitors branch performance through daily controls, audits, surveys and customer feedback.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Care Administration, Business, Marketing or equivalent• Minimum of five (5) years health care experience, including one (1) year in a managerial role, preferred• Broad knowledge of home infusion, pharmacy and nursing regulations and administration required• Excellent organization and communications skills• Clinical background preferred

USD $135,000.00 - $160,000.00 / Year
