In your role, you will
• Work on projects ranging from simple updates to existing edits and/or motion graphics, to creating videos start-to-finish, including color correction and audio balancing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects that align with the company's brands and messaging.
• Conceptualize and create mood boards, storyboards, and scripts.
• Work directly with internal stakeholder and/or customers during the project and approval phases
• Produce video & motion graphic assets that achieve strong performance metrics.
• Manage a creative pipeline that facilitates output of deliverables in a timely manner.
• Utilize your knowledge of camera, composition, and lighting techniques to ensure optimal video quality both in studio and on location.
• Operate a variety of video equipment, including cameras, audio recording devices, and lighting setups.
• Keep up with industry trends in motion graphics, editing and filming and share new creative ideas.
• Able to travel and film our in-house events at various locations around the world.
As our ideal candidate
• You have 5+ years of working experience in video editing and motion design
• You have strong ability to edit, and create storyboards, concepts, and follow brand guidelines to create videos start-to-finish.
• You have experience working with customers and management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations.
• You have exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate unforeseen challenges in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• You have proven experience working in the following areas and applications: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) 3Dstudio Max is a plus.
• You have a creative and analytical mindset that fuels your curiosity to test new ideas.
• You have strong communication skills and proficiency in English & French.
• You have experience in aviation marketing is a plus.
• You have the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
The candidate will need to be able to travel with equipment. Sometimes, 3 to 4 large bags or cases.
