　　Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 for Aloha Nursing Rehab Centre located in Kaneohe, HI. This position will oversee food production operations for Resident Dining and Catering at a Long Term Care facility.

　　Reporting to the Client Executive, the ideal candidate for this position will have experience respectfully supervising and supporting the Food & Nutrition services department, production functions of kitchen staff, the ability to motivate employees to continually improve performance and outcomes with a passion for preparing and executing outstanding dining experiences.

　　Experience in a Long-term Care/ Healthcare setting preferred. CDM or RD/LD Preferred

　　The successful candidate will:

　　have oversight of day-to-day operations;

　　successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff;

　　deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations;

　　achieve company and client financial targets and goals;

　　develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management).
