　　The Change Manager III leads the overall organizational change across the Maverick contract. Working with the PM, Government leadership, and all contractor team members. he primary focus is on how changes to business systems and processes or the implementation of new technology affect existing personnel and create management plans that reduce employee resistance to change.

　　Responsibilities Include:

　　Ensures personnel quickly and efficiently adapt to various change initiatives and projects.

　　Creates organizational systems that encourage employees to quickly adopt new technologies and new ways of performing various operations, with the ultimate purpose of transforming Maverick into a cadre of digitally fluent engineers and lifecycle support personnel.

　　Transforms Maverick, breaking down silos, establishing a culture of communication, creating a nimble response, and aligning to Scaled Agile, DevSecOps, and other emerging digital engineering methodologies.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　5+ years of position-specific relevant experience.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Prosci Certified Change Practitioner

　　Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to lift at least 15lbs

　　Clearance:

　　Top Secret Security Clearance

　　The projected compensation range for this position is $91,700-$152,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
