Oversee maintenance of residential building and unit issues such as electrical connection issues and outages, plumbing, structural problems, and pest control; inspect and monitor the performance of mechanical equipment on residential properties including elevator systems, boilers, electrical wiring, and HVAC units; timely respond to service requests either going on-site to fix residential issues or assigning to team members to be satisfactorily resolved; visit residential buildings to complete property walks and inspections to proactively recommend repairs and inform property managers of hazards; and supervise assigned residential apartment renovations.
High School Diploma required along with 1 year experience as a supervisory building or electrical maintenance technician.
