　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using production equipment to ensure steady workflow.

　　Perform minor equipment adjustments and ensure quality checks are performed before, during and upon completion.

　　Be able to stack boxes, clean areas of the facility, or perform other general helper duties.

　　Pay and Benefit:

　　Starting Pay is $19.31 for 60 worked days

　　Pay after 60-day probation period from $19.31 – $25.56 based on machine worked

　　Quarterly and annual perfect attendance bonus up to 1,600.00 total per year

　　1.5 pay over 8 hours, over 40 hours and weekends

　　1.5 pay on holidays plus additional overtime over 8 hours on holidays

　　Up to 1 week of vacation within the first year after probation period

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.

　　Able to pass pre-employment drug test & background check.

　　Must be willing to work all shifts as needed, including second and/or third shift .

　　Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

　　Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is a plus with an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.

　　Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

　　Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.

　　Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.

　　Excellent communication skills.

　　Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines
