This role will be a part of Workplace Global Enablement Services. The Analyst will be working on business process delivery, process improvement initiatives, building reports from various sources so that meaningful insights can be gained for further analysis.

　　Coordinate with Service Delivery Managers and Specialists and be the analytical resource to prepare, store reports and dashboards for leadership and higher-level management.

　　Build and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports, workflows as per existing processes in place, develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear manner.

　　Analyze workflows and activities, process review, documentations and, recommend actionable to improve efficiency where necessary.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skill, attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills, demonstrable ability to interact effectively with project professionals and management.

　　Must have:

　　Graduate of Bachelor's Degree

　　1 to 3 years experience in reporting and analytics (Power BI and Excel)
