JOB REQUIREMENTS: : All duties related to the production ofcandy/chocolate products, including: Utilizing industrial kitchenequipment to cook product ingredients Loading items onto & off ofconveyor Enrobing products with chocolate & marking them with identifiermarking Counting & filling boxes with the standard amount of productHand-dipping products Utilizing meter pumps to make chocolate moldsLifting & inserting product/ingredients into melters Operating the lifttilt truck to pour meltaway center mixture Clean all equipment regularly(including sanitizing, dissembling equipment, operating the dishwasher,washing dishes/equipment by hand, etc.) while utilizing proper lockouttag out procedures. Effectively keep all allergens separate from allother products & equipment. All duties related to the packaging ofcandy/chocolate products, including: Loading & operating the wrappingmachine Weighing, labeling, sealing, and dating finished productsBagging, bowing, and boxing finished products Assist with loading &unloading vehicles during deliveries Clean restrooms, floors, walls,dishes, sinks, and equipment as needed Perform light maintenance dutiesas directed. This may include maintenance duties pertaining toequipment, Company grounds, buildings, or premises. Assist in theshipping department when needed and performing all job duties related tothe shipping department.
