Job Description

　　Es un rol en esquema híbrido donde se requiere trabajar 3 días en sitio y dos desde casa a tiempo completo.

　　¿Qué vas a hacer?

　　Entendimiento y soporte de procesos contables/financieros (pólizas/conciliación contable, analisis/elaboración de estados financieros, politicas y manuales contables )

　　Planeación e implementación de auditorias internas para asegurar la calidad atraves de revisiones de procesos, contabilidad, identificaciónde áreas de riesgo y soporte en las revisiones de controles SOX y auditorias externas.

　　-Desarrollo de proyectos de excelencia operacional (OpEx) para mejorar la calidad y la eficiencia en procesos contables/administrativos.

　　-Apoyar en la organización de eventos asociados en mejorar la calidad operacional.

　　Habilidades Requeridas:

　　-Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad o carrera afin

　　Inglés avanzado

　　Habilidad para liderar a través de influencia y no por autoridad, en todos los niveles de la organización.

　　Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.

　　Interacción cómoda con el liderazgo senior.

　　Orientado a la acción con sentido de urgencia.

　　La resolución de problemas, la búsqueda de resultados, la colaboración y el trabajo en equipo son imprescindibles.

　　Historial comprobado de fomento de un entorno inclusivo.

　　Cómodo lidiando con la ambigüedad.
