Your Opportunity: Card Fulfillment Services isseekinganGaVehrenOperator. You will be responsible forforsafely and efficiently operating aGaVehrenmachine to affix gift cards and loyalty to custom carriers.This position is also responsible for identifying all parts of the order, arranging them in correct sequence and receiving approval on each job prior to run mode. Your Responsibilities: Properly set up theGaVehrento the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a safe and productive manner Conduct visual checks of machinery and escalates any problems to leadership and maintenance Perform daily cleaning of machinery, including using chemical cleaners Work with the warehouse and inventory representatives on material movement Ensure the sign off approvals meet production needs Manage daily production to meet department schedules Contribute to the team's production goals Understand and complies with all departmental policies and procedures Maintain a clean, organized work area Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required Your Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday You Must Have: High degree of mechanical ability and attention to detail Ability to perform continuous adjustments to machinery to ensure exceptional print quality Ability to read units of measurement in standard and metric, in order to set machine up properly High degree of mathematical skills Good reading ability Requirements Within This Position: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand Regularly required to remain in a stationary position Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials Frequently required to move inside the facility Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry) We Would Also Prefer: 2+ years experience working on pouching or flexible packaging equipment High School Diploma/GED Ability to effectively communicate with team members High degree of analytical skills Good color discernment About Taylor Corporation One of the top five graphics communications companies in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
