　　Job Description:

　　Managing the fund accountant and reviewing fund activity

　　Assisting in prep and review of quarterly financial statements and annual audited financial statements for investors, including the company’s capital waterfalls

　　Coordinating with funds’ auditors and tax preparers

　　Reviewing quarterly portfolio company valuations

　　Preparing IRRs and other performance metrics

　　Preparing and/or reviewing capital calls, management fee calculations and distributions

　　Pre- and post- close deal tasks, including review of documentation for fund investments

　　Responding to limited partner inquires and additional special requests

　　Managing shareholder representative process for realized investments

　　Reviewing tax allocations and returns

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　5-7 years of fund accounting, audit and/or tax experience, ideally in private equity

　　Big 4 audit or tax experience preferred

　　CPA

　　Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance

　　Strong time and people management skills

　　Proficiency in MS office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new applications quickly

　　Ability to multi-task and balance priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
