Amazon’s European Transportation team is responsible for our transportation network’s connectivity across Europe to deliver billions of shipments each year. We collaborate with multiple internal teams (e.g., Transportation Design, Supply Chain, External Fulfillment, Tech, etc.) to ensure a speedy and reliable customer delivery in the cheapest way possible. In Transportation Network Configuration Quality and Analytics, we’re looking for skilled and motivated quality engineer to take the lead in designing, implementing, and delivering critical test solutions. As a key member of our team, the individual will have the opportunity to showcase technical experience, hands-on capabilities, and strong technical leadership skills while adapting and learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• You’ll build and maintain test infrastructure for our products that will be used to validate all aspects of the product.

　　• Work alongside with our SDEs and Product Managers to design, develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans and manual test cases to validate new features.

　　• Support automation frameworks that work across a wide range of applications with transportation configuration management (TMS) to establish a continuous build and test cycle.

　　• Leverage the existing automation framework to design, create and maintain an automated regression test suite.

　　• You will create and report test execution status summary along with defect information.

　　• Document quality engineering processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain a robust knowledge base.

　　• Diagnose and resolve operational issues, perform detailed root cause analysis, respond to suggestions for enhancements.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or similar technical field

　　• +1-year Experience in manual testing and automated testing

　　• +1-year Experience in programming in one software language (Java, Python)

　　• +1-year Experience in system configuration (ERPs, TMS, Change Management Platforms, other)

　　• Advanced writing and spoken English (C1)

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　• Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium

　　• Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality

　　• Experience as QA on medium to large sized projects

　　• Quality assurance experience

　　• Supply Chain experience
