Description/Job Summary
The responsibilities of the IT Project Manager include, but are not limited to, supporting the projects in the IT portfolio with the planning, execution, documentation and successful completion of projects. Throughout the lifecycle of each project, the project manager tracks project status and manages project teams to mitigate issues and risks. This role utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to ensure that project goals and requirements are met.
Responsibilities/Duties
Lead execution of program and project work plans/timelines and integrated activity plans with milestones/goals, key events, risks/assumptions, and scenarios, as appropriate.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Define, create, estimate, and execute project plans for project, portfolio and product prioritization and implementation; coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives
Support the project team from the initiation phase through closeout of the project.
Structure and develop project plans and resource assignments
Estimate work effort or oversee gathering estimates regarding upcoming work effort for projects
Manage documentation for and present updates on Project Kick-off, Project Milestone Updates, and Project Closure to Project/Program teams and stakeholders.
Prepare project status reports and present project performance updates to relevant business stakeholders
Monitor workstream and program metrics to measure program success.
Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e., day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements and design specifications) form
Accurately assess and mitigate the risks associated with each project.
Recognize, track, and manage project scope changes.
Act as IT liaison providing support to the professional departments at the Firm
Effective identify and escalate issues as necessary for timely resolution
Effectively manage multiple priorities.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with different levels of employees, professional contacts, and vendors
Proficient in Office 365/Excel/PowerPoint
Experienced with working with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites
Experience structuring project plans and assigning resources and gathering work hours estimates
Exposure to software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative) including project initiation, mobilizing resources in a matrix environment, business stakeholder engagement, transition to service delivery, etc.
Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and time sensitive information
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritizes work

Salary Information
The estimated base salary range for this position is $150k to $180k at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
