Description

　　Robert Half has partnered with a construction subcontractor in Denver in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper! The Full Charge Bookkeeper position is paying $65,000-$80,000 + great benefits and a hybrid work schedule after training!

　　The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following:

　　Manage and record financial transactions, including sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, bills, and payments.

　　Organize and file financial documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

　　Issue and send customer invoices correctly, timely and follow up as necessary.

　　Record vendor bills in QuickBooks, print checks, send checks to vendors and file copies of paid invoices and checks in accounts payable files.

　　Audit and proof accounting reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

　　Accurately record all banking transactions and reconcile bank accounts monthly.

　　Perform month-end accounting close, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly financial statements according to GAAP.

　　Perform account reconciliations and detailed analysis of financial information monthly to ensure all general ledger accounts are accurate and adequately supported. Create journal entries to record appropriate accruals, prepaid amounts, depreciation, amortization, and other financial transactions.

　　Record fixed assets in QuickBooks to ensure they are properly tracked, maintained, and depreciated in the accounting records.

　　Prepare and submit sales tax reports to all municipalities.

　　5+ years of accounting experience

　　QuickBooks experience

　　Construction accounting experience
