Job Summary: As a Fruit Expert + Delivery Ambassador for Edible Arrangements Denton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as you assist customers with their fruit arrangement orders and deliver them to their desired location. This part-time role is perfect for individuals with a passion for fruit and a desire to make people smile. You will play an integral part in ensuring the success of Edible Arrangements Denton by providing top-notch customer service and timely deliveries. Compensation & Benefits: This is a part-time, hourly role with a competitive compensation range of $10 to $12 per hour. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also have opportunities for incentives and bonuses based on your performance. Responsibilities: • Assist customers in-store and over the phone with placing orders and answering any questions • Prepare and arrange fruit arrangements according to company standards • Ensure all orders are accurate and complete for timely delivery • Drive company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver orders to customers' specified locations • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including safe and timely arrival • Create a positive and friendly environment for customers to promote customer retention and loyalty • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and delivery vehicles • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous customer service experience preferred • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time • Passion for fruit and exceptional customer service EEOC statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
