Leads a team of solution consultants and project managers.
Leads the partnership with Product Management, Technology, and Operations to ensure that organization is proposing compelling industry leading solutions.
Understands client's unique needs and ensures the delivery of tailored solutions based upon standard processes and technologies.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Ensures the operational and technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
Obtains operational buy-in on proposals.
Drives for standardization in design as well as approach.
Seeks continuous improvement in the selling and implementation of new client business.
Oversees the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client implementation projects.
Ensures that implementations are completed in a manner exceeding client expectations.
Implements project management best practices and methodologies.
Provides proactive leadership to highlight risks and resolve issues.
Determines implementation standards and serves as liaison with Executive Team, Accounts Management, and Sales and functional team members.
Leads the coordination at the strategic and tactical levels with other vital functions of the organization to secure buy in, commitments, and alignment regarding timelines, resource requirements, and scope.
Maintains organizational understanding of upcoming, in-process, and completed implementations.
Ensures implementation resources -- team and functional -- fully understand their role, responsibility, and management expectations.
May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Occasional business travel may be required.
Determines appropriate resourcing of staff in order to achieve goals and objectives.
Defines annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
Directs and mentors senior leaders on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies.
Directs and coaches senior leaders on all human resource related processes including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, selection, terminations, compensation and rewards.
Accountable for strategic design, execution, and collective results along with others’ successful contributions.
Owns attainment of high employee satisfaction and retention; lead development of program and initiatives within group to attain high employee satisfaction.
Directs and influences change management initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies cross-functionally.
Ability to direct and interact collaboratively and communicate effectively with external, internal customers, and stakeholders to address issues and ensure alignment across the organization to drive customer success.
Prepares and manages budget as assigned; analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions to maximize operational performance.

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Twelve (12) plus years’ experience in project management, solution design, or related fields.
Eight (8) plus years leadership responsibility.
Experience in NEMT, logistics, or solution selling a plus.
Experience analyzing contracts and working with team to adjust plans as needed.
Experience with healthcare implementations under government contracts preferred.
Proven experience in project management and business process mapping.
Experience in the use and development of collaborative and document management systems preferred.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Ability to provide direction to multiple complex projects, clients, and manage competing priorities.
Excellent client relationships, external communications, and business acumen.
Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate complex, multidimensional issues into business impacts and propose solutions that produce a win-win outcome.
Ability to effectively manage resources and performance to meet current and future demands.
Ability to coach and mentor
Ability to provide thought leadership in implementation improvement initiatives.
Ability to work collaboratively with the Sales team and take a leadership role in directing the proposal approach and implementation planning.
Strong project management skills and experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
Salary: $159,900 - $215,900
