　　Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

　　Minimum 19 yrs of age, ability to pass a drug test, ability to work in aface-paced environment, work any shift and overtime as needed, abilityto organize/prioritize tasks/projects, familiarity with food serviceterms and processes, obtain licenses and certificates required by stateand/or federal law.
