　　Job Description:

　　The University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida, is seeking a Research Assistant Professor for the Department of Physiology and Aging. Duties and responsibilities include serving as a Faculty Member within the Department of Physiology and Aging with duties comprised of teaching, research, and service. Research duties will include carrying out independent research studies and projects relating to the molecular, cellular, and physiological mechanisms of circadian rhythms in mammals; securing independent funding; and publishing/presenting research findings. Service duties include attending faculty meetings and/or performing related administrative activities, such as serving in various academic or administrative committees, as needed.

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Position requires a Ph.D. degree in Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Science, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related field.
