What’s a typical day as a Microwave Cable Assembly Tech? You’ll be:
• Accurately reading assembly drawings and following assembly MSPs
• Assembling and soldering microwave components and cables according to specifications
• Using a variety of hand tools, gauges, and soldering equipment
• Troubleshooting microwave cables and demonstrating issues
• Reworking microwave cable assemblies as required
• Training new employees to solder
• Tracking and recording job progress and deficiencies daily
• Following all company standard protocols for lot tracking and time tracking on advanced manufacturing software
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1-3 years of soldering experience
• Possess ISO 620 Certification
• Can perform basic mathematical functions
• Have excellent vision and hand/eye coordination
• Can accurately use measuring tools
• Have keen attention to detail and quality
• Can lift up to 30 lbs.
