Description
We are offering an opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator located in the south west, Minnesota area. This role is primarily focused on being the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring efficient communication and information flow within the office. As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be part of an industry that heavily relies on customer interaction and excellent service delivery. This is a one day coverage on August 8th from 7:40am-2:30pm. Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or team.
Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively and professionally.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
Assist in the coordination of mail delivery and package receipt.
Maintain an organized system for tracking, ordering, and managing office supplies.
Support the organization and execution of company events or meetings.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
Liaise with internal departments and facilitate cross-departmental communication.
Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information and identifying solutions.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, addressing inquiries and handling complaints promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Front Desk Coordinator or Receptionist.
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and directing calls appropriately.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using office software, including word processing software and email.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
