　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Create records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

　　Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions

　　Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

　　Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

　　Interact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

　　Arrange hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

　　Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures Requirements - Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

　　Documentation experience

　　Human Resources (HR) Administration experience preferred

　　Knowledge of Diagnosis

　　Troubleshoot experience highly preferred

　　Prior experience with Zoom

　　Practical knowledge of check processing

　　Adeptness in pricing

　　Microsoft Teams experience desired

　　Experience with Workstation Support

　　Proficiency in Deploying

　　Previous experience working with Verification

　　Foundational knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting

　　Training experience preferred

　　Comprehension of Windows OS

　　General familiarity with Vendors

　　Good understanding of Printing

　　Customer Support experience highly valued

　　Earlier work involving Microsoft Office Suites

　　Background working with Deskside Support

　　Technical Documentation experience highly desired

　　Demonstrated knowledge of scanning

　　Proficiency in Technical Support

　　Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

　　Hands-on experience with Computer Hardware

　　VPN Technologies experience preferred
