Description We are offering a role for a Front Desk Coordinator in the heart of WEST BUECHEL, Kentucky, 40218-2509, United States. This role is pivotal to business operations as you will provide administrative assistance, handle multi-line phone systems, offer concierge services, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity that will provide the successful candidate with the chance to gain experience in a variety of administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience • Manage the multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate team members • Provide concierge services, assisting with inquiries and requests as needed • Conduct data entry tasks and organize files in a timely and efficient manner • Handle customer service queries, ensuring a high level of service is maintained at all times • Transition into an assistant clerk role, receiving training for several months • Handle payments and taxes, along with other administrative duties as they arise • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete tasks and manage records • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills through all interactions with clients and team members. • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in answering multi-line phone system
• Able to provide concierge services

• Ability to operate as a Front Desk Coordinator in a detail oriented setting
