Radio frequency technician

　　-Technician will repair and maintain our Radio Frequency Machinery

　　 -Extensive knowledge of reading and interpretating blue prints, electrical circuits,  mechanical and pneumatic systems.

　　-We required from the technician to have extensive knowledge for the upgrades of machinery that need to have new technology included, such as removed and replace analog system into electronic and automated  systems. Radiofrequency machinery.

　　-Automated systems will include addition of PLCs, HMIs, automated sensors of integrated software and hardware

　　-Technician will add new machinery and create a interface within old upgraded equipment.

　　-Technician will create a service and training plan  and be capable of teaching the maintenance and use of the new and upgraded machinery to production supervisors.

　　Manufacture, create and integrate specialized radio frequency machinery for electrodes (dies) ranging from 3" to 36" long x 1/4" to 6" wide. New created machinery should be capable of run between 5 to 30KW.

　　Develop and  Quality Control System in compliance with our ISO 9001-2015 QM standards. This QC system should be capable of being monitored by software thorough our computer system.

　　The QC systems should be able to send on time results of the welds (fusion overlaps) with no more than 3 minutes delay. Result should be by means of photograph and charts

　　QC systems must send the alerts to our computer system and integrated app to GM and supervisors.

　　During technician non working hours, alerts should be capable of stop machinery to avoid loss of materials.
