JOB SUMMARY
Implement an appropriate system of financial policies and procedures.
Design an organizational structure to streamline financial control systems.
Analyze accounting records for accuracy.
Ensure that accounts payable and other company obligations are paid in a timely manner.
Negotiate discounts and payment terms with vendors with assistance from your team.
Oversee that invoicing is done properly.
Coordinate collection activities for past due accounts. Oversee bank reconciliations.
Maintain and update the financial accounts database.
Ensure that accounting and financial records are properly filed.
Prepare financial statements and send them to all interested parties, including the company director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years in the position
Preferably knowledge of ESSASA system
Knowledge in financial reporting
