We are very excited to welcome a new Accounts Payable Analyst (EAME-Slovenia)to our team!
The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid modelcombining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
Job description:
Validate, approve and post PO and non-PO invoices Calculate VAT, tax and withholding tax
Check and verify supplier documentation for compliance with country legal & tax requirements
Pay vendors by scheduling payment runs
Respond to all vendor enquiries regarding finance and manage exceptions
Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues
Partner with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution. In case of complex issues, escalate it to associate/specialist or coordinator level
Provide support to P2P team objective
Suggest process improvements where possible
Ensure the compliance of the process with applicable policies and procedures
Other duties as ordered by the direct manager
Job Requirements
College graduate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting professional equivalent. Background of study abroad is much preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payables area.
SAP knowledge is preferred.
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and email programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
Good command of other language(s) especiallySlovenian, Croatian, Serbianis considered a plus.
A good understanding of general accounting processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and providing top notch customer service
Being a team player with a can-do-mentality
Critical thinking is a must
Certified Lean Six Sigma is advantageous
