For our Vascular division, we are recruiting a FP&A Manager to be based in our EMEA Headquarters in Diegem, Belgium.

　　Role and Responsibilities:

　　Lead all Vascular EMEA Planning activities.

　　Plan and Update budget review processes

　　Ensure accuracy and timely achievement of reports due dates

　　Monitor different components of performance P&L to early identify potential issues that require

　　management attention.

　　Maintains effective relationship with Division HQ finance team, countries' finance staff, EHQ marketing,

　　Market intelligence group and IT personnel as a critical component in obtaining relevant information.

　　Contributes in the design and creation of Ad-hoc analysis as required by management.

　　Define department's objectives, team and personal goals, and ensures goal achievement.

　　Your Profile:

　　Master’s degree in business or finance or equivalent in experience

　　More than 7 years’ work experience

　　Proven experience in people management

　　In-depth understanding of P&L, Balance sheet and standard cost accounting

　　Excellent command of Excel and macros is a must. VBA knowledge is a great advantage.

　　Knowledge in Hyperion Planning and Cognos is desirable.

　　Fluency in English, additional language is an asset

　　Experience in an international company
