Description The FP& A analyst is a key partner to the site project teams in all aspects of project related finance, both internally as part of the monthly financial close routine, as well as supporting the preparation of external information for distribution to clients.

　　Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)

　　• A key partner to the site Senior FP& A manager and provide support the site functional strategy.

　　• Forecasting all project related financial data including revenue, cost (EAC), margins, cashflow and working capital requirements.

　　• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the site.

　　• Preparation of monthly project financial reporting, including P& L, bookings & backlog, working capital reporting as relates to assigned projects.

　　• Maintain the project module within the ERP system to ensure accuracy of results and timely closing of projects.

　　• Work with the site accounting teams to ensure all project related GL transactions are recorded accurately.

　　• Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of invoices to customer, including supporting AR teams through to cash received.

　　• Assist with driving continuous improvement of accounting systems and internal control, including documentation of local process

　　• Contribute to regular and ad-hoc meetings as required.

　　• Drive continuous improvement of accounting systems and internal control, including documentation of local processes.

　　• Help drive a consistent global approach to optimize the use and reporting of the existing ERP System (AX12) and support the implementation of new systems and tools as directed by management.

　　• Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements.

　　Essential

　　• At least 2 years experience in a finance position, with ability to propose, prepare and process accounting journals.

　　• An analytical mind with the ability to challenge.

　　• Ability to knowledge share (transmit and receive lessons learned) with other colleagues.

　　• Ability to identify and implement process improvements

　　• Flexible approach requiring the ability to support international operations across multiple time zones and a variety of cultures

　　Preferred

　　• Qualified Accountant (CA/CIMA/ACCA)

　　• Experience in the Oil and Gas sector

　　• Previous experience in an FP& A/Project accounting environment Requirements Microsoft Excel
