Summary

　　Supervises, constructs, finishes and repairs structure and millwork, ensuring the proper safety and building codes necessary to maintain quality facility. Subject to irregular hours as needed. Performs all other duties as assigned.

　　Responsibilities

　　Supervises work activities in assigned area. Responsible for the construction of rough and finished carpentry. Maintains cohesiveness of department through various administrative duties. 20 %

　　Member of bomb squad and fire brigade. Responsible for the maintenance of adequate inventory of materials and supplies. Exhibits a positive, cheerful attitude toward customers. Uses proper telephone procedures in a courteous manner. Anticipates and/or responds to customer needs. Takes ownership of problems. 20 %

　　Requirements, Preferences and Experience

　　Education

　　Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, or 2 Years of Trade School Related Field Required.

　　Experience

　　Minimum: 7 years Operations - Carpenter Required.
