Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as Eglin AFB National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC) User Liaison. This critical role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Air Force and Space program offices, specifically Program Managers, to actively promote and solicit the use of our state-of-the-art cyber range test capabilities. You will play a key role in expanding our user base and ensuring the cyber range meets the evolving needs of our military partners. This individual will be responsible for proactively engaging with Program Managers, showcasing the capabilities of our cyber range, and soliciting their participation in test and training activities. Success in this role will require a deep understanding of USAF acquisition and test processes, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Travel requirements are typically 1 week per month but varies.
This position provides cybersecurity support directly to the 96th Cyberspace Test Group at Eglin AFB, FL.
This is a part-time position with a schedule of 20 hours per week!
This support includes the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive customer outreach strategy targeting Air Force and Space program offices.
Conduct regular briefings and presentations to program managers and key decision-makers on the cyber range capabilities and benefits.
Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their program needs and challenges.
Proactively engage with Program Managers and relevant stakeholders to educate them on the Cyber Range's capabilities and value proposition.
Manage the customer relationship lifecycle, from initial contact through PID/SOC process.
Collaborate with NCRC event staff to understand customer/user needs and requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations, briefings, and proposals to highlight the Cyber Range's unique strengths and benefits.
Working with the NCRC-Eglin event director to track customer feedback and maintain records of interactions and agreements.
Analyze trends and market intelligence to inform strategic outreach efforts and identify new customer opportunities.
Stay abreast of evolving USAF acquisition and test processes to ensure effective communication and collaboration with customers.
Contribute to the overall success of the Cyber Range by exceeding customer expectations and driving NCRC growth.

Required SkillsRequired Experience
Required Experience:
One of the following combinations of education and experience:
Technical Master’s Degree and a minimum 10 years of applicable technical experience
Technical Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 18 years of applicable technical experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 22 years of applicable technical experience.
Current and active DoD SECRET clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret – (Single Scope Background Investigation). U.S. Citizenship
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to actively listen, build rapport, and clearly communicate information.
Analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Good organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills
Excellent self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in small and large team settings to solve complex problems
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Active DoD Top Secret clearance highly desired
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft and avionics test and evaluation.
Demonstrated experience working with USAF acquisition and test processes.
Strong understanding of Air Force and Space program structures and decision-making processes.
Background in briefing and/or working with Senior Executive Service personnel and Program Executive Offices
Program Management Skills to handle on boarding user requirements, event planning and ongoing communications
