　　Essential Functions

　　Ability to lead a team.

　　Must be able to navigate customers' needs with a good attitude and must always be able to represent the Company in a service-oriented and courteous manner.

　　Must be able to adhere to all safety and quality procedures.

　　Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or holidays - attendance, punctuality and timeliness is a must.

　　Assist with installing and removing fabric and mats, including the cleaning and repair of mats as required.

　　Ability to operate heavy equipment (skid steer, front loader, etc.) preferred.

　　PEC Safeland Certification preferred.

　　Must be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen/physical.

　　Education & Experience Requirements

　　High School Diploma or educational equivalent.1 year experience in warehouse/plant/operations environment. Knowledge of workshop procedures, product line equipment and work instructions for repair and maintenance. Good organizational and communication skills.

　　Position Summary

　　Working with the superintendent or plant manager, helps coordinate day to day oversight of the site, plant or workshop. Responsible for equipment and tool repair and maintenance. Assists in setting workflow priorities and time frames for work completion. Guides compliance with company policies and safety standards. Handles special projects, as assigned.
