　　Due to the development of the John Deere Polska Business Service Center office in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

　　Forecast Accountant

　　Poznań, Poland

　　What you will do:

　　In your role as an FC Accountant, you will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis, performing and coordinating the execution of different accounting and forecasting processes and you will maintain good relations with our business partners.

　　In addition, you will:

　　Assume responsibility for monthly financial reporting according to US GAAP and perform monthly reviews with our internal customers.

　　Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metric tracking.

　　Calculate intercompany support cost charges for our Business Service Center in alignment with other John Deere units and accordance with current transfer pricing rules.

　　Prepare transfer price documentation.

　　Support various projects and initiatives.

　　Act as the primary contact person for finance-related topics to the business, internal departments, internal and external auditors as well as other finance departments.

　　Maintain cost center budgets, coordinate planning efforts, and perform regular budget control activities.

　　Manage projects for standardization and harmonization of processes as well as development and implementation of new processes in finance and accounting.

　　Be an active part of continuous improvement initiatives.

　　What it takes:

　　We need an excellent communicator in English, written and verbal, who thrives on solving problems and working in a global, interdisciplinary team environment.

　　We also require:

　　Successfully completed studies with a University degree in Finance/Accounting.

　　Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting or similar areas of accounting and forecasting.

　　Knowledge of US GAAP.

　　Ability to plan and execute tasks independently.

　　Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP FI/CO.

　　Solution-oriented way of working.

　　Analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
