　　Be responsible for the strategy, design, and integration of vehicle components.

　　Collaborate with vehicle program teams.

　　Be a leader in supporting Turf & Compact Utility Tractor factories and customer problem resolution teams.

　　What Skills You Need

　　3 or more years of experience in product design.

　　3 or more years of experience in Product Delivery Process or Continuous Improvement Process execution.

　　Proven experience communicating and working with cross functional teams.

　　Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

　　Creo 3D modeling skills.

　　PDM Windchill and SAP skills.

　　What Makes You Stand Out

　　Compact Utility Tractor design experience.

　　Experience in systems engineering methodology.

　　Experience with operation and maintenance of off road equipment.

　　Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
