　　Job Description:

　　Essential Responsibilities including but not limited to

　　Performs a variety of duties for the setup, delivery and servicing of food to patients.

　　Follows position-specific job flow, completing all assigned tasks.

　　Maintains clean work environment, follows all HACCP requirements and completes daily cleaning assignments.

　　Follows all patient tray delivery and retrieval procedures as outlined on job specific job flows.

　　Follows all Room Service delivery procedures as outlined on the Room Service Host/Hostess Audit form.

　　Follows dish/pot cleaning procedures. Helps put away dishes and pots throughout the day.

　　Sets up, delivers, and clears catered events effectively and on time.

　　Actively engages in teamwork to help the department run smoothly, assisting others throughout the day.

　　Follows all department specific policies and procedures
