Asset Auditor Location: Cupertino, CA/Hybrid Duration: 12 months Description: This role will support fixed assets audit and financial analyst activities. This role will help manage the process to audit capital assets by defining project kickoff cross-functionally with fixed assets, group admin, and finance teams, following up to ensure 100% audit completion. This role will create reporting to measure audit progress and provide training on how to perform actions within asset management tool. Additionally, this role will be responsible for financial analyst duties for R&D divisions. Required Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) Strength in Excel and database management Detail oriented Familiarity with OS X Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Independent self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional work experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Program Management Education and Experience: Strong financial systems and business application skills including SAP, Essbase, Filemaker, Excel, Keynote and Tableau. Proficient in MS Excel or other data base platforms Experience in organizing and maintaining data SAP experience a plus Manager Notes Ideally looking for 2-3 yrs exp -Some type of budgeting/cost management or financial background Project coordinating is not as important Asset audit exp Is helpful Communication with teams explaining what the process is, working with different teams Manager is looking for someone who is a self starter and problem solver Asset Audit: a lot of coordination and stops a checks (50% busy) other 50% would be variance analysis, forecast vs actuals, budget planning Excel, Tableau, Filemarker, Essbase (kelpful), Excel, Keynote Purchase Orders, purchase requests experience
