　　SUMMARY OF POSITION :

　　Responsible to properly prepare, portion, label, store and serve food for patients and retail customers following department policies and procedures.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

　　Six (6) months experience in food service required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
