Radiance Technologies is seeking a motivated, skilled, and experienced Senior Air Operations Modeling and Simulation Developer to join our team as we advance the State-of-the-Art in Aerospace Modeling and Simulation. The products that you develop will be used to improve our nation's capability by accurately modeling systems and systems interactions under study by the US Air Force, Space Force, and Department of Defense.

　　Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your technical skills as an integral part of an engineering design team to develop models and modeling frameworks? These models include aircraft, weapons, sensors, and communications systems. Your ability to interact, analyze, and translate customer requirements and processes will make you a key member of this model-based engineering team. You will not only be responsible for developing digital models but also the frameworks and simulation capabilities within the core simulation system.

　　Candidates will develop air operations and air combat operations capabilities that improve and enhance the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM) simulation developed and maintained by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

　　Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field10 years of experience in C++, C#, Python, or Java developmentExperience using source control and CI/CD tools such as git, Bitbucket, or GitlabStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with a passion for mentoring and developing talented, driven young engineers and scientistsExperience with the Microsoft Office suite of toolsExperience with integrated development environments (Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, etc.)Experience following agile development processesExperience in modeling military systemsExperience developing, integrating, and refining physics-based models in simulation frameworksUS citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearanceDesired Qualifications
