Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Fuel Desk Coordinator to answer and process calls from staff requesting to fuel their plane. This position verifies the location, name of the staff fueling and authorizing the approval to fuel. This position must enter all fueling details into the required database to properly document each call. Essential roles and responsibilities of a Fuel Desk Coordinator: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Answer all calls that come in through the fuel desk in a timely manner. Look up flight information on the master spreadsheet. Review the location in the desk database and verify the staff placing the call is certified to fuel the plane. Enter all fueling related data into the master daily spreadsheet. Separate regulated and non-regulated paperwork in the ACC from the operation. Any other duties assigned by management The qualifications we are looking for in a Fuel Desk Coordinator include: Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work well alone Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work efficiently under time constraints PC proficient Possess a valid driver's license Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to Pass a post-offer pre-employment drug test Pass a post-offer pre-employment background check, including airport security clearance and a fingerprint-based background and criminal history record check required by federal law PREFERRED SKILLS Previous airline or call center experience MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN AN MSP SIDA BADGE WITH A CBP SEAL.
